Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing products from Velvet Rose Nails RI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Velvet Rose Nails RI is a creative nail artistry studio specializing in the design and production of premium custom press-on nail sets. We are not a traditional nail salon, and no nail application, shaping, or removal services are performed on-site. Our studio is a private creative and administrative workspace located in East Providence, Rhode Island.

Appointments & Bookings

Scheduling

All appointments are by booking only. We offer design consultations, custom fittings, and scheduled pickups through our online booking system.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment for certain services. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost. Deposit amounts vary by service and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full deposit refund or transfer to rescheduled appointment
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: Deposit may be forfeited
• No-shows: Deposit will be forfeited

Custom Orders

Design Process

Custom press-on nail sets are handcrafted based on your specifications discussed during the consultation. Final designs may vary slightly from reference images due to the handmade nature of our work.

Pricing

Base prices are listed on our Services page. Final pricing may vary based on design complexity, nail length, and add-ons. You will receive a final quote before work begins.

Production Time

Custom sets typically require 5-10 business days for completion. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Venmo
• Cash App

Payment is due in full at the time of pickup unless other arrangements have been made. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final once production has begun
• We do not offer refunds on completed custom orders
• If there is an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect sizing), please contact us within 48 hours of pickup

Nail Repairs

Complimentary nail repairs are available within 21 days of your original appointment for sets purchased from Velvet Rose Nails RI. Repairs due to misuse or improper application may incur a fee.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the property of Velvet Rose Nails RI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. Photos of your completed nails may be used for our portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise.

Liability

Velvet Rose Nails RI is not responsible for any damage, allergic reactions, or injuries resulting from the application, use, or removal of press-on nails. Our products are designed for external cosmetic use only. If you have sensitive skin or nail conditions, please consult with a healthcare professional before use.

Health & Safety

We maintain a clean and sanitized workspace. All tools and supplies used in our creative process are properly cleaned and maintained. As a private studio, we operate by appointment only to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all clients.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Rhode Island.
