We are not a traditional nail salon. Velvet Rose Nails RI operates as a private creative studio focused exclusively on designing and producing custom press-on nail sets.
No nail services such as manicures, pedicures, application, shaping, or removal are performed on-site. All nail application is done by you at home or at an approved off-site location.
Our East Providence workspace is dedicated solely to creative production, design consultations, product photography, and order pickups—ensuring full compliance with office-zoned use.
